14-02-2011 - Dy.No.47/RTI/2011-H, RTI reply from Central Health Department, from Hospital section, while reply to RTI questions stated that Clinical Establishment Act is applicable only to recognized system of medicines, On the issue of recognition of Electro-homeopathy as recognized system of medicine, this ministry has issued an order vide File No. V.25011/276/2009 – HR dated 05-05-2010 stating that Electro-homeopathy is not yet recognized as a system of medicine. However, there is no bar on practicing electro-homeopathy or imparting education.

28-06-2021 – Lr.No. 4310/நி1/2021, RTI reply from the Joint Director of medical and rural health services - Vellore, stated that In accordance with the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India Order No.25011/276/2009-HR dt. 05-05-2010, that electropathic medicine can be practiced without hindrance in all states of India. It is not necessary to obtain the permission of the Joint Director of medical and rural health services - Vellore, to practice electropathic treatment in Tamil Nadu under this Order.
15-07-2021 – RTI No.2096/நி2/2021, RTI reply from the Joint Director of medical and rural health services - Thiruvarur, stated that In accordance with the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India Order No.25011/276/2009-HR dt. 05-05-2010, that electropathic medicine can be practiced without hindrance in all states of India. It is not necessary to obtain the permission of the Joint Director of medical and rural health services - Thiruvarur, to practice electropathic treatment in Tamil Nadu under this Order.
02-08-2021 - letter No.5506/e/2020, RTI reply from the joint director of medical and rural health services - Krishnagiri, stated that the JD of Medical & rural health services has rejected the application of electropathy practitioner registered under TNCEA and he quoted the contents from 05.05.2010 order for practice and education.
02-05-2023 - Ref.No.20-50/2023-(RTI)-V, RTI reply from the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (AYUSH), while reply to RTI questions stated that electropathy course does not under the purview of NCISM.
